Installation, debugging and operation process of Chinese medicine micro pulverizer
The Chinese medicine micro pulverizer is an outward-oriented type of high-speed pulverization. Installation and debugging of Chinese medicine micro-pulverizer:
1. After the machine is in place, it must be steadily pressed and fixed with anchor screws.
2. The inner cavity of the machine should be cleaned before commissioning, and the front cover should be locked with a star handle.
3. After turning on the power, pay attention to the phase sequence and make the spindle rotate in the direction shown.
4. Pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise in the machine during the test run, so as to promptly check the car.
5. Install a storage bag in the discharge hopper.
 
Operation process of Chinese medicine micro-pulverizer
1. First open the door of the collection box of the Chinese medicine pulverizer, tie a special cloth bag at the material port, and then close the door of the collection box.
2. Select the screen according to the technological requirements of the Chinese medicine grinder, and install the screen.
3. Also check whether the material to be crushed by the Chinese medicine crusher needs to be pretreated.
4. Turn on the switch of the fan first, then turn on the switch of the motor, and let the equipment run normally without load before adding materials. Then adjust the feeding speed according to the degree and fineness of fragility and crushing of the material.
5. At the end of the crushing operation or before stopping the machine, you must stop the feeding and let the Chinese medicine crusher continue to run for a few minutes until there is no residue in the crushing chamber.
6. After turning off the motor switch of the Chinese medicine pulverizer, open the door of the collection box and take out the materials for later use.
7. If the amount of crushed materials is large, the Chinese medicine crusher can be operated repeatedly until the materials are crushed.
8. After the operation of the Chinese medicine pulverizer, all power switches need to be turned off.
9. Check the integrity of the equipment components of the Chinese medicine grinder for any abnormalities.
