The ultra-fine crusher is a machine that uses the high-speed rotation of the grinding disc. The airflow between the hammer head and the gear ring undergoes instantaneous alternating changes due to changes in the gear surface. The material is subjected to alternating stress in this gap and is further thoroughly crushed under this repeated action.
The specific usage steps are as follows:
1. Open the upper cover (clockwise needle closure, counterclockwise opening).
2. Put the dried medicine into the crushing box.
3. Close the upper cover tightly.
4. Plug in the power and turn on the timer switch.
5. When the rolling sound is relatively uniform, it indicates that the drug has been crushed into powder and can be turned off.
6. Open the upper cover and pour out the powder.
Adjustment and maintenance of the ultrafine crusher:
1. The main vulnerable parts of the crusher include flat teeth, round teeth, large and small grinding teeth. Flat teeth and circular teeth are made of precision steel and have good dynamic balance. If they are severely worn, they should be replaced. The size of self-made products should be standardized, and the weight difference of each piece should not exceed 1g to avoid vibration damage to bearings and machines.
2. 0.6-12mm screens of various specifications. When replacing, the light should be facing downwards.
3. Regularly add high-speed grease to the bearings and inspect them every half a month. If severe wear is found, they should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.
4. Collision is strictly prohibited. If the machine is shut down for a long time, the inside and outside should be cleaned and properly stored to prevent rusting.
Attention: When using the ultra-fine crusher, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding port, and their hands should not reach into the feeding port. During operation, the machine should not be opened until it stops stably. It is strictly prohibited to start the load. When the feeding port is blocked, it is prohibited to forcefully feed with hands or wooden rods, and the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. During work, it is necessary to feed the material evenly and appropriately. If there is any semi wet or non dry material, it must be dried in the sun or the feeding amount should be reduced.
