Application of various materials in pneumatic crushing classifier

 

The structure of the air flow crushing classifier is composed of the lower air flow crushing area and the upper air flow grading area. The air flow crushing area is equipped with Laval nozzles arranged horizontally, and the air flow grading area is mainly equipped with the grading worm gear and motor drive system arranged vertically.


The raw materials are fed into the machine from the upper part of the crushing area by the feeding screw. The compressed air shoots out of the supersonic air flow through the horizontally symmetrical Laval nozzle to carry out its own collision and shearing, so that the materials are crushed. The fine powder generated by the crushing is driven by the negative pressure air into the turbine classification area, and the coarse particles are thrown back to the crushing area under the centrifugal force to continue grinding, Under the action of negative pressure wind, qualified fine powder passes through the "cage" impeller rotor and is discharged out of the machine and collected by the collector. In the falling process of coarse particles, the fine powder mixed between them or the qualified powder attached to the surface of coarse particles are elutriated through the secondary air elutriation area, which further improves the classification efficiency.

The pulverization mechanism of air flow pulverizing classifier determines its wide application scope and high fineness of finished products. Typical materials include:

By changing the ordinary air in the air source part to inert gases such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide, the machine can become an inert gas protection device, which is suitable for the crushing and grading processing of flammable, explosive, oxidizable and other materials.
