Performance characteristics of airflow classifier

The airflow classifier is suitable for fine classification of dry micron products. It can classify spherical, flake and irregular particles, as well as particles with different densities.

The particle size of graded products can reach d97:3 ~ 150 microns, the particle size of products is stepless and adjustable, and the variety change is convenient.

The classification efficiency (extraction rate) is 60% ~ 90%. The classification efficiency is related to the material properties and the particle content meeting the particle size requirements. With good material fluidity, the efficiency is high when the particle content meeting the particle size requirements is high, and vice versa.

The grading wheel has high speed and accurate vertex cutting.

It can be used in series with multi-level graders to produce products with multiple particle size segments at the same time.

It can be used in series with ball mill, vibrating mill, Raymond mill and other grinding equipment to form a closed cycle.

The control system adopts program control, real-time display of operation status and simple operation.
