1. Operation instruction of superfine mill

(1) Relevant operators should wear labor protection articles before work to ensure their own safety.

(3) When the pulverizer is started, the voltage should be 380 V and the current should not exceed 10 A.

(4) During the operation of the equipment, no objects can be placed on the motor, so it is easy to be involved in the belt and damage the equipment. Moreover, operators should not touch the power switch with wet hands to prevent electric shock.

(5) If it is a new grinder, it should be lubricated after three months of use.

(6) Before the normal production, the mill should be debugged and run in first, which can not be ignored.

(7) Before the pulverizer is shut down, the materials in the pulverizer should be drained before it can be shut down.

(1) The wearing parts in the crusher should be checked regularly to see whether they are worn and whether they need to be replaced.

(2) Check the bearing, grading wheel and V-belt regularly, and deal with the problems in time.
