Working principle of air pulverizer

The pneumatic pulverizer, cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan constitute a complete pulverizing system. After being filtered and dried, compressed air is injected into the crushing chamber at high speed through Laval nozzle. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams, the material is repeatedly collided, rubbed and sheared to crush. The crushed material moves to the classification area with the upward air flow under the action of fan pumping force. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated, The fine particles meeting the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection through the grading wheel, and the coarse particles drop to the crushing area for further crushing.

After the material enters the crushing chamber through the screw feeder, the impact energy of high-speed air flow and the collision and friction caused by the rapid expansion of the air flow and fluidized bed suspension boiling are ejected by several relatively arranged nozzles to crush the material. Driven by the negative pressure air flow, the coarse and fine mixed powder passes through the turbine classification device at the top, and the fine powder is forced to pass through the classification device and collected by the cyclone collector and bag filter. The coarse powder is thrown to the four walls by gravity and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification device, and settles back to the crushing chamber for further crushing.

The high-pressure air flow, as grinding kinetic energy, enters the stable pressure air storage bag around the grinding chamber as the air distribution station. The air flow is accelerated into supersonic air flow through Laval nozzle and then enters the grinding chamber. At the same time, the material is accelerated into the grinding chamber through venturi nozzle for synchronous grinding. Because the Laval nozzle is installed at an acute angle with the crushing chamber, the high-speed jet carries the animal material in the crushing chamber to make a circular motion, and the particles and the wall surface of the fixed target plate collide, collide and rub with each other to crush. Driven by centripetal air flow, the fine particles are led into the central outlet pipe of the pulverizer and enter the cyclone separator for collection. Under the action of centrifugal force, the coarse powder is thrown to the surrounding wall of the crushing chamber for circular motion and continues to crush.
