2. after installing the mechanical crusher, check the tightening of all fasteners. If it is loose, tighten it.

3. check whether the belt tension is appropriate and whether the motor shaft and grinder shaft are parallel.

4. before the crusher is running, rotate the rotor by hand to ensure that the claw, hammer piece and rotor are flexible and reliable, whether there is collision in the shell, the rotation of the rotor is consistent with the direction pointed by the machine arrow, and whether the motor and the powder machine are well lubricated.

5. do not replace pulley at will, because the rotating speed is too high, the crushing chamber explodes or the rotating speed is too low, which affects the productivity.

6. after the pulverizer is started, it shall be idled for 2 ~ 3 minutes, and then the feeding work will be carried out after no abnormal phenomenon.

7. during the work, the operation of the crusher shall be paid attention to at any time. The materials shall be supplied evenly to avoid blocking the stuffy car and preventing overload for a long time. If vibration, noise, bearing, gas temperature is too high, and injection is found, the inspection shall be stopped immediately and the work shall continue after the fault is eliminated.

8. the crushed materials shall be carefully inspected to avoid accidents caused by the entry of hard objects such as copper, iron and stone.

9. operators should not wear gloves. When supplying materials, they should stand beside the pulverizer to prevent the rebound debris from hurting the face.
