Performance characteristics of air classifier:

It is suitable for the fine classification of dry process micron grade products. It can be used to grade spherical, flaky and needle shaped particles, as well as particles with different densities.

The particle size of grading products can reach d97:8 ~ 150 μ m, the product particle size is stepless adjustable, and the variety is easy to change.

The classification efficiency (extraction rate) is 60% - 90%. The material with good flow rate has high classification efficiency, otherwise the efficiency will be reduced.

It adopts vertical grading turbine device with low speed, wear resistance and low system power configuration.

It can be used in series with multi-stage classifier to produce products of various sizes at the same time.

It can be used in series with ball mill, vibration mill and other grinding equipment to form a closed cycle.

The main equipment such as classifier and fan can be preliminarily inspected. The inorganic parts are damaged during transportation or after long-term use and storage. Check whether there are foreign matters falling into the inner cavity of the equipment and the air duct of the fan. Rotate the grading impeller and the main shaft of the fan to observe whether the rotation is flexible.

Check the tightness of the pre installed parts of the equipment, and add lubricating oil to the parts that need to be lubricated.

Install the grading wheel and other parts, strictly prevent collision, measure the level of the main engine and fan, and use the gasket to find the level, and fix the foundation with the foundation requirements.

The pipeline interface to be sealed shall be equipped with sealing gasket.

After installing the classifier, observe the running direction of the classifier motor.

When installing the wiring of the electric control cabinet, carefully check the corresponding relationship between the serial number of the wiring terminal and the equipment, and do not misplace.

After the completion of the installation construction, the vehicle can run empty for 1-2 hours at any time to fasten the loose bolt connection, and carefully analyze and check the accuracy and coordination of the technical equipment through the action.
