Principle of surface modification:
Powder surface modification is the use of physical, chemical, mechanical and other methods to treat the surface of the powder. According to application requirements, the physical and chemical properties of the surface of the powder material are changed purposely to meet the development of modern new materials, new processes and new technologies. The material enters the modifier from the feed system, and the preheated modifier is sprayed into the metering pump. The materials and agents are dispersed and mixed by the high-speed turbulent vortex air stream in the modifying machine, and at the same time, the high temperature of the system is used to complete the surface modification of the powder by the agent, and the finished product is collected by the negative pressure collection system at the back end.
