working principle
The classifier, cyclone trap, pulse dust collector, induced draft fan and control cabinet form a set of classification system. The fine raw material powder moves to the classification area at high speed from the inlet of the classifier with the updraft under the suction of the fan. Under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating horizontal classifying wheel, the powder distributed in the gas-solid two-phase fluid enters the classifying wheel. When the particle size requirements are met, the fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator or dust collector through the gap of the grading wheel blades, and some of the fine materials that do not meet the particle size requirements are entrained under the action of centrifugal force and wall-impacting stalls. At the secondary air outlet, after the strong elutriation of the secondary air, the coarse and fine particles are separated again, the fine particles rise to the classification zone for secondary classification, and the coarse particles fall to the discharge opening for discharge.
