working principle
The material is quantitatively input into the crushing chamber through the adjustable feeder to ensure the uniformity and continuity of the feeding process. The material rotates at high speed in the crushing chamber with the airflow. During the rotation, it is crushed instantly by the superimposed impact of multiple crushing forces such as friction, shear, and collision. The crushed material enters the cyclone separator and is discharged by the gravity of the rotary centrifugal fan, and the dust enters the pulse dust collector, and is collected after filtering and dust removal. The fineness of crushing is achieved by changing the screen adjustment or multiple crushing devices. The whole machine can be designed according to GMP standard, all made of stainless steel, which belongs to dust-free crushing.
